revised vat return

hello
i want to know whats the last date of revision of vat return for 4th quarter

as Delhi VAT is concern a dealer can file revise return within 30 days from the date of find out the reason of revision anytime during 4 years.

Is there any limitation on the no of times the return can be revised over the period ?
