Revised schedule vi - data for last year

As per the revised schedule VI, corresponding with the classification in the revised schedule, previous years figures could be correctly matched. Because, such data were not captured in the system and certain closed accounts in 2011-12 did not appear in the system. What could be the remedial action under such circumstances?
