In the context of the prior period items which are mentioned in the 2012-13 financials, whether a company needs to file the revised Income Tax return for PY 2011-12? Plz provide answer with source

Revised return is required to be filed only in case ur returned income undergoes a change. by showing certain expenses of FY 2011-12 as prior period item in FY 2012-13, does not change ur returned income of FY 2011-12. As such company need not file the revised return.
