Revised roc return

Others 937 views 2 replies

Hello,

If I have submitted wrong information to ROC during annual filing then what could be the course of action I should take to rectify the same?

Can revised return be filed? May I file fresh return as if no earlier return have submitted and then updated return is only considered?

If yes, whether old return (where descripencies available) be shown during search?

Please share your views asap.

Hi,

Revised filing of all Annual filing eForms except Form 23AC/ACA can be done in respect of the Forms already filed but the fees for subsequent revised filing shall be charged, assuming it as a new filing.

Further, both the filings will be stored in the MCA document repository.

Not very sure about the Form 23AC / ACA.  Going to the MCA office and seeking their help / guidance would be the best bet.

However, if the e-form is yet to be approved, then you can request the MCA office to put the form in re-submission mode and then rectify the discrepancies by filing an addendum.

This topic was discussed earlier in this form.  Link is

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

I agree with Jayalaxmiji.. In annual filing forms only Form 20 B can be revised. Its better to talk to concerned ROC before filing any revised form. Further you can also call MCA for re course action.
