Please help me regarding the following problem relating to vat as soon as possible:
Can i revise my Vat Return even if the origingal vat return is filed late under Delhi vat ACT???
Because in income tax act we can't revise our ITR if the original one is not filed in time.
But nothing like this is mentioned in DVAT ACT.
So please guide me about this.

In Vat act u can file the revised return, even we filed original one late

Yes, You can file the revised return as many times, but care must betaken as how many time we had filed the return revised & proper records should be maintained.

Doesnot matter original one is late , the revised return should be filed within 30 days on detecting the defect of the original return which already filed. for late filing of original return the penalty is Rs.100/- per day .
