If I am forget claiming FD amount under section 80c in for the AY 2017-18, can I revised the income return of the assessment year2017-18 this time.

Yes, eligible to revise ITR of AY 2017-18, u/s. 139(5) of IT act, till 31.03.2019.

Yes you can revise but it will before 143(1) intimation receive
