sir, I filed salary case on July 2020 but now tds was deducted, in 26as shown. now can I revise the IT return fy 2019-20

Yes u can file revised rerurn under 139( 5) after mentioning Acknowledgment number and date of deposit.

Yes you can revise your return and show the correct income.
