revised return

My ITR for Ay 2017 was marked as invalid by IT Department due to non compliance to notice u/s 139 9, is it possible to filed revised itr now? my original itr is within due date.

if it is A Y 17-18, belated return can be filed by 31/3/2019
but revised return can not be filed as original return is invalid
