ITR for f.y 2017-17 filed on 31.03 2017 can be revised now?

 

ITR for FY 2016-17, & for FY 2017-18 can be revised; but not for FY 2015-16...

how can I?

Java utility not working and in excel utility when I entered date of original return enter pop up shows date must be on or after 1.04.2017

please give solution.
