31 May 2017Our chartered accountant filed MGT-7 with wrong information and paid filing fees to MCA.
Now if we want to revised the form of MGT-7 do we have to make the payment again for filing of revised MGT-7 again?

Yes, sir, you have to make the payment every time for filing of the form with MCA portal.
