An assessee has filed his original return and e-verify in due course consequently intimation with refund had already processed by income tax department. Now he wants to revise said return to show some income left to show in original return, can he do??

Intimation u/s. 143(1) of IT act is not Assessment under the act....

Yes, Revised Return can be filed even after the intimation u/s 143(1) of the Income tax Act, 1961
