can we file revised allotement return of pvt ltd co. after one year of original return filed

without discuss with roc officer.

Generally it is not allowed other than Annual Returns & Annual report.

Kindly get the confirmation from the ROC for the same before filing the Form

Yes, as per my opinion you can file the revised return, but both the return will remain in record of ROC.

Filing of another return does not mean that the old one is deleted by ROC from their records.

U better file a Revised Return of Alloptment with a covering Letter for ROC signifing the reason for the same.

I think u better wait for the reply of other members....
