No... Penalty not levied if You are filed Your ITR on or before due date.

At the time You paid late fee...?!
If Yes... Then second time it's not applicable.

When you file REVISED return there is no penalty / late fee under 234F

The due date was extended for one month upto 31st August 2019.
Since ITR revised filed on 1-8-2019, then both original and revised ITR you filed before due date and hence no question if late fee penalty under 234F

You don't worry if you are filled (original or/& revised) Your ITR on or before 31st August 19.
So, You can feel free.
