10 September 2014One of our client did not deposited service tax on a invoice of Advocate in Reverse charge mecanism for the month of feb 2014 now this fault is become known during audit.
Know my query is this if we deposit service tax know than can we revise our service tax return filed in april 2014 since 90 days already lapsed. if we can not revise than what is remedy

Simply write a letter to the Department stating that you have paid Service tax under ---- Category with challan -----, attaching a copy of the same and get the same acknowledged from them.
This should do the work. But pay the tax with interest.
