Revise ITR for AY 2018-19

I filed my return for said AY before and my ITR is processed by department and I receive 143(1) i.e. intimation.
But after that I received form 16a from bank and bank deducted TDS more as compared to claimed by me in ITR.
When I filed return TDS in 26as is equal ITR but now TDS in 26as increase
So, please advise me can I revise the return or not. if not than why ???
