FIRST RETURN IS CONSIDERED INVALID. because ITRV was not send within 120 days.
Send the ITRV by speed post only now. After some days the status of the return in filed returns is "ITR-V received after due date". When this status changes you can go to account -> service request -> new->request category = condonation request.

139(1) [return on or before due date] OR 139(4) [belated return] IS INVALID SO YOU CANNOT FILE 139(5) . If the original return is valid then only you can file revised return. According to IT department you have not filed any return.

jayraman Send ITR-V of the return already filed to Benguluru. After some days check status in e-filed returns. Once this message comes
'ITR-V received after due date' . Request for condonation for acceptance of this belated ITR-V.
