can i claim input tax credit for gst paid on payement to adovocates ?
if yes how it is to be claimed while filing 3b ?

Payment made to advocate you should pay the GST on RCM. Then after payment done you can claim the ITC

Yes ,.. advocate services R under 9(3) , RCM is applicable
deposit the same & can avail ITC
