if you fail to pay the invoice amount to supplier within 180 days then itc has to be reversed as per rule 37(2)

As.per Rule 37(2) reversed the ITC to fail to pay the invoice Value to Supplier within 180d days.

You have to reverse the ITC if payment is not made to the supplier within 180 days.
