Sir,

We have got the service from transporter And Paid the value Rs.120000 by cheque. Also paid the RCM Rs.6000 and claimed the ITC in current month. But same RCM deposit by transporter which reflect in my 2A.
please suggest Can I eligible to Claim ITC Rs.6000 which was deposit by transporter.2nd Why transporter deposit the RCM ?

Transporter not deposit Tax...
He file his GSTR-1 and Shown the transport bill as rcm supply...

Correctly check out the GSTR 2A for the transporter's bill it's showing rcm applicable option as "Yes"...

Yes, You can claim GST input for RCM amount

You can claim ITC which is paid by You as rcm...

You can't claim ITC based on transporter's filing if You are not paid GST as rcm to transporter.
It is reflecting in your GSTR 2A because the transporter has shown it as its outward supplies which is liable for RCM.
It is only showing in your GSTR 2A only for your information.
You can claim ITC only when you have paid that 6000 to the government in the form of RCM Liability.
