I have download GSTR-2A FY 2018-19 from Portal and found that Some amount shows 11200/- as IGST by Transporter.and Some Value shows ZERO By transporter. above amount -11200/- Shows at portal Liability due to reserve Charges. Now Please guide to us what is this. Thank you
