Dear all,
I have a query regarding per day limit of purchases from unregistered dealer. If I hav taken service on 15th Aug amounting Rs.15000.
Now if the party raises 3 bills to me amounting Rs. 5000 each on three different dates say 16,17,18 Aug. Shall i have to pay Reverse Charge on that ????
(assuming there are no other expenses on these days.)
Does that not matter all the three Bills are for same service and from same supplier ???
