reverse charge payment 1-7-17 to 12-10-17
is it mandatory to pay reverse charge for the period 1-7-17 to 12-10-17 because notification wef from 13/10/18.?

rcm applicable for that period in last year so mandatory to paid
yes ..... & if paying now then deposit Intt. also @ 18%
