Our transporter have filed GSTR-1. It's showing credit in GSTR 2A, status showing reverse charge "Yes". I want to know:
1) Do it's compulsory to pay gst under reverse charge in GST and I will claim as input.
2) If I have not paid GST on GTA under reverse charge nor I am claiming any input.
please guide what should to be done?
1. Yes... GST will be payable under RCM basis.

Finally As per Query.,
If RCM amount Rs 100 then after some minths/years it's ask some interest may be Rs. 1000/ 10000 / 100000 / 1000000 any amount...
