Reverse charge on Un-registerd purchase?
I have a question agar koi un-registerd person like former , kisi registered dealer ko apna anaaj sale karta hai to kya uss case me registered dealer ko invoice issue karni padegi?

Yes, the registered person has to issue invoice although goods or services is exempted.
i don't understand why the registered dealer will issue invoice if the sale is made by unregistered dealer???

Section 9(4) attracts reverse charge only on taxable supplies by an unregistered person.
Agricultural produce is not taxable, hence no reverse charge apllicable here..
