reverse charge is applicable on transportation exp? or is it postpond till march 2018.....

It's not postponed...
Sec 9(4) related activities only suspended to 31/03/2018...
Sec 9(3) related activities is still applicable....
Your above said transportation from GTA then You ll be pay tax under RCM basis...

yes you can take credit of gst paid on freight charge under reverse charge mechanism
