Reverse charge on Rent
we pay office rent, factory rent etc. whether we have to pay GST under Reverse charge?

If your paying to unregistred person and th e payment exceeds 5000 you have to pay GST on RCM Basis
ok.. what.if I'm deducting IT T.DS?
TDS is to be deducted only on basic amount not on GST.
