Are mandir ,gurdwaras regd. as society or trust subject to Reverse charge?

No special exemption given to charitable trust........ under RCM list.
But none of the activities listed under RCM as on date is applicable to such trusts.
But expenses may include payment
to Advocates and transport which are under RCM.
