can we claim the RCM in same month in which month we are paying Rcm, In input section or to be claimed next Month.

Yes, You can claim in same month..

But RCM liability you have to pay in cash only, can't adjust that RCM liability against ITC.

but first paid in cash then claim
but before paying in cash check the exemption list of RCM if you comes under eligibility or not
