Reverse charge on GTA

i am regular dealer. i paid freight charges of tiles rs. 150,000 to a regular GST dealer, GTA. should I pay reverse charge GST and what percentage of GST. is interest also payable , if bilty date - 1.10.2018

You need to pay GST under RCM if if you took service of GTA directly and that service provider had not charged GST on his service. you have to pay 5 percent GST and interest of 18 percent p.a would be applicable in your case

Who has to pay gst tax if GTA has not mentioned liability in bilty? (I.e 5% tax to be borne by consigner/consignee on rcm basis)

Reverse charge is applicable on you bcoz u have paid freight to GTA
reverse charge rate is 5% and u can take ITC of that also.. but paid soon bcoz after filling GSTR 3B of sep 2019 u can't claim ITC of that..
