Reverse charge on goods transport agency.

Dear all, please try to clear my confusion on reverse charge on gta. If I purchase raw materials within state, and paid the freight to un registered dealer, then will I issue tax invoice on reverse charge to payment to driver with 2.5% each for CGST & SGST. Also will these tax can add in our itc. Please help.
