We are doing construction Business of Residential Complexes , we are paying Centering works payment to Contractor as per SFT now we need to pay service tax ?, if what is the % , If take to credit or not .

Thank U sir but my dought is we need to pay service tax on Centering works for the mont of May 2017 , What is the % in Reverce Charge of Service tax and elegible to cenvat or not
