Ex: A tour operator providing package tour service(following composition scheme for accommodation and airticket), useing car rental service as input. whether reverse charge mechnism applicable for such tour operator in case of car rental charges ?

Yes, in case you are received taxable service brief by you so that you are liable to pay such duty
