What is the latest position of RCM. Earlier RCM on goods purchase from Unregistered dealer was kept pending till Sep 2019. Now what is the situation?

Goods purchased from urd is exempt. It was taxed as RCM only till 12th Oct 2019
Yes... Rcm not applicable now except some notified supplies...
