RCM section is covered under GST only. What sort of section are you looking for?
search section 9(3) and 9(4)
for time of supply of rcm check section 12(3) or 13(3)
for time of supply of rcm check section 12(3) or 13(3)
focus on sec 9(3)of cgst act as sec 9(4) is suspended till 30th September 19
