can v make only 1invoice of all reverse charges on the last date of month its allowd or not

No you have to make different invoice for every transaction occurs.You can not make just 1 invoice in the end.

How can you make single Invoice in a month for URD supplies by X,Y,Z etc..?
you have to make different invoices for each and every transaction
