I have question sir regarding reverse charge, my registration is in Uttar Pradesh and If I have paid transport charges of Delhi Transporter on which I have to Pay tax on reverse charge basis in Uttar Pradesh , so My question is that whether I will pay IGST @ 5% or CGST & SGST @ 2.50% respectively . Please clarify with relevant sections and rules if any.

it will be inter state supply because of Sec 12(8) of CGST act.... in case of transportation of goods POS would the location of Registered person.
so in your case POS is UP. Now the location of supplier is the transporter location which is DELHI. therefore both r falling under 2 state so IGST would be leviable.
