when supplier given reverse on gst charge on transport but when he received input against that reverse charge what is the journal entry pass?

provision for RCM
Input on RCM. a/c. ....Dr
To RCM Payable.... Cr.

Payment on RCM
RCM Payable A/c.... Dr
To Bank /cash .......Cr

RCM Payable that amount GST give input .i.e. when RCM PAYABLE REFUND BY GST THEN JOURNAL ENTRY
