Transportation reverse charge

Hello Afzal

It depends on case to case. If transporter is paying GST then Service receiver is not required to pay RCM. But if transporter is not charging GST on bill then Service receiver is obliged to pay GST under RCM.

Rather than freight we show it as conveyance..den RCM is applicable?

Our company is export to fish
And some shipping line has been provided to transportation charges with gst and he noted reverse charge in bill
so we paid to bill with gst
so reverse is applicable yes or no
