Reverse charge for gstr-9

I made some unregistered purchases in July 2017 and August 2017 but i forgot pay tax under Reverse Charge for these purchases. Now I need to pay tax on this through DRC-03 but my question is Can I claim ITC on this after making payment or my ITC is lapse?
