Reverse charge

whether GST on Bank charges levied by bank...gst on mobile and landline bill ...and GST levied by SECURITY SERVICE providerd is covered under RCM or regular input credit...

Gst on telephone bills is under get @ 18%
we can claim the same if the GSTN appears on telephone bill

RCM on Security Service will applicable in following case only:

If security services provided by any person except body corporate to any person except govt, govt dptt, govt agencies which are registered only for TDS purpose and person registered in sec 10 i.e. composition dealer.
