we r manufacturer and paid rcm u/s 9(4). Next month we take credit of rcm paid.
can we use this itc for set-off outward liability?

yes inputs tax credit can be availed on the tax paid on course of RCM also. :)

sec 9(4) provisions are further deffered till the government notifies the specified categories of goods and services.... how come you pay rcm on that?.....

Shailendra under the definition of INPUT TAX CREDIT it's been mentioned that input service or goods where tax been laid by recipient by way of reverse charge mechanism, thereso it can be claimed with your output tax liability
