Does reverse charge mechanism currently applied? is it resuming after March 2018..

RCM on inward supplies from URD is deferred to 30/09/2018, but Services covered under section 9(3) ie GTA, Advocate Services when avail , the RCM has to be done .

Section 9(4) is deferred
Section 9(3) is applicable

Agree with Pankaj Sir...
Section 9 (4) of CGST Act 2017 i.e. RCM has been deferred till 30/09/2018.

Yes agreed with Pankaj sir and Shivam sir.
Section 9(4) is deferred
Section 9(3) is applicable .
