reverse charge except transport was suspended previously what is current scenario from 1st April , it has came in effect.....?

RCM on goods purchased from unregistered dealer u/s 9(3) postponed till 30 June.

its 30th june 2018 or 2017
i want to know there was 5000/- daily limit for rcm & later it was suspended .
that 5000/- daily limit for purchase from unregistered dealer is applicale from 2018-2019 or still sespended.

Purchase from unregitered supplier is exepmt from payment of tax without any Limit ie reverse charge sepcified under section 9(4) is not applicable.Section 9(4) is suspended till 30.06.18.
Fo example ,say even if you purchase goods of Rs 35000 in day from unregitered supplier then also you are not required to pay tax under RCM in such case till 30.06.18.

Reverse Charge Mechanism (in case of supplies made by unregistered persons to registered persons) delayed till 1st July 2018

It is 30th June 2018, and daily limit of 5,000 is suspended till 30th June, 2018.
