reverse charge under secton 9(4 ) of the CGST act 2017 is suspended for the period form 13/10/2017 to 31/3/2018 . as per the notification on 13/10/2017
IF YOU ARE REGISTERED THEN YES YOU HAVE TO PAY FROM JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2017 UNDER RCM
Yes , if you purchase form unregistered more than 5000/- RCM is aplicable form july to 13th oct 2017
