Which type of invoice is prepared by registered recipient in case of reverse charge tell me

hello,
under rcm recepient must have to pay in cash and then he took the itc for the same,
if my outward liability is rs. 10,000 and inward itc is rs 7000 so net pay 3000 now under rcm gta liability is 1000 then i have to pay 4000 or 3000 pls help
