is GST applicable on loading charges
if yes what is the rate of tax applicable
Dear sir,
Loading and unloading charges in relation to agricultural produce is exempt from GST.But in any other case loading and unloading charges will be charged GST at a rate of 18%.Even ITC is eligible for Loading and unloading charges.
