Sponsorship fees has been paid by a private limited company (service receiver) to an educational university which is a trust for its annual convention day (service provider).It has been given to display its logo as part of its business promotion.Will reverse charge apply on this case?

Yes, Reverse Charge shall apply on the same by virtue of Notification no. 30/2012-ST
