A manufacturer can remove his input raw material or capital goods, "as such" sale. under rule 3(5) of cenvat credit rule 2004. in that case is their any cenvat or service tax rule to reverse the credit of service tax in ratio of that as such sale.? kindly confirm.

Dear Ravi,
There is no any rule or provision in Service Tax Rule or in Central Excise rule that you have rrevese the Servive tax amount / Central Excise duty in relavant case of as such removal.
