Plz suggest whether despatch under notification 43/2001, 33/2005 without Duty need reversal of Credit on Inputs??

same as above but if Despatch under Notification No 64/95 then what the effect?
In supply to defence sector, normally reversal of credit is required. However, there are certain situations where such reversal is not required.
