Reverse charge mechanism is divided in to two parts1- specific services like advocate service , import, GTA, director service etc2- all unregistered input In the first case we have to pay gst like

Part 3....if they were registered and pay it and claim input gst upon payment of the same and you can claim it in the same month once paid.Thanks
